If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the platform. shuffle reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on shuffle. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone, and report any unauthorized access to shuffle immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. shuffle will never ask for your password via email or any other message.
Shuffle may request identity verification before processing withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. This process is entirely secure and your information will be kept safe.
Users must strictly comply with the following rules when using the shuffle platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Deposits on shuffle are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Instant deposits are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate betting activity, and funds from illegal sources will not be accepted.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Withdrawing from a bonus balance requires the applicable wagering conditions to be met. In cases of suspected suspicious activity, shuffle reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending investigation.
Each bonus and promotion has its own wagering requirements and expiry terms. Misuse of bonuses will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. shuffle reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Shuffle reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances. Where necessary, users will be notified before such a decision is made.
Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate account closure.
Any evidence of fraud or dishonest activity will result in immediate account closure.
Providing false or misleading information during or after registration will result in account termination.

The return of any valid balance following account closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Bonus balances are generally non-refundable.
All content, logos, designs, software, game interfaces, and text on the shuffle platform are the exclusive property of shuffle. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The shuffle platform may incorporate services from third-party game providers or payment gateways. shuffle is not directly liable for the quality, security, or issues arising from such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third party's own terms and conditions before using their services.
Shuffle's platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. shuffle's liability for issues caused by technical errors, server downtime, or third parties is limited. shuffle is not obligated to compensate for any financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
Shuffle reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes with as much advance notice as reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between shuffle and a user will first be referred to negotiation for resolution. If a negotiated settlement cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
